This service, supporting a CEO and CIO partnership will review, assess, and recommend actions to help organisations embed digital and data leadership across the top table and, more importantly, the layer below. Primarily using interviews, but with optional workshops, you will gain an understanding of the confidence and awareness within your leadership team of how technology affects and supports the organisation. The report will also provide recommendations on next steps. In many cases simply running the assessment can also significantly improve the understanding of leadership from reluctant bystander to engaged advocate.
