New Leader Development

This service is aimed at individuals taking up their first role in technology.

    As a technologist, taking up a new leadership post can be surprisingly difficult.  Leaving behind things you are good at to lead others requires new skills.   We will develop and deliver a 7-part package covering soft skills and business acumen to help new technology leaders.   The content is 1-2-1, provided over a period of four months.
